1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph456b ("ph456b," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph456b website located at ph456b.app and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the ph456b Platform, including registered players and visitors.

ph456b reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access the full features of the ph456b Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ph456b. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ph456b reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph456b login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. ph456b will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph456b immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

ph456b operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time ph456b deems necessary. Accepted Philippine identification documents include, but are not limited to, a valid passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph456b accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other supported payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. ph456b aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval, subject to verification status and system availability. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. ph456b reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the ph456b Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. ph456b is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.4 Refused Transactions

ph456b reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or place a hold on any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, ph456b may report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ph456b may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph456b account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms. ph456b reserves the right to void bonus winnings if wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or employing automated betting strategies — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ph456b reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable wagering requirements remaining in force.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the ph456b Platform:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempt to access another player's account without authorization;
• Use any software, bot, script, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended by ph456b;
• Engage in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempt to manipulate game outcomes through any technical or non-technical means;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Engage in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other players;
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ph456b;
• Register or use the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

ph456b reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph456b Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of ph456b or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph456b content without express prior written permission. Any unauthorized use of ph456b intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph456b, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph456b makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, ph456b's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy

ph456b collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. ph456b implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

10. Responsible Gaming

Upon termination for cause, ph456b may forfeit any balance remaining in your account.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your ph456b account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses will be voided and associated bonus funds forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph456b Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph456b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph456b will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ph456b Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2 above.
